Questions buyers ask before quotation

Product details and commercial terms depend on the selected model, customization and order requirements.

1. Which paddle types are available?

Available product families include SUP, kayak, canoe, dragon boat, wooden and kids paddles, plus whitewater and 2-in-1 SUP/kayak options.

2. Which paddle elements can be customized?

Customization options include logo or pattern, blade material, shaft material, overall length and one- to four-piece structures. Available combinations depend on the selected model.

3. Which blade and shaft materials are available?

Blade options include reinforced PP, ABS, PC, fiberglass, carbon and full carbon for applicable models. Shaft options include aluminum, fiberglass and carbon. The available combination depends on the model.

4. Can we request a sample before a bulk order?

Yes. Include the product family, intended configuration and what you need to evaluate. Sample availability, cost and next steps will be stated for your project.

5. What information should be included in an RFQ?

Provide the product family, intended application, target quantity, preferred material or configuration, logo or graphics requirements, packaging needs and whether a sample is requested.

6. What happens after an enquiry is submitted?

We identify the closest model and ask any technical questions needed to define the product. Sample requirements and commercial terms can then be discussed.

7. How is quality addressed during production?

Quality checks can cover assembly alignment, material integrity, surface condition, bonding and print durability. The inspection plan depends on the product and order requirements.

8. Is there a standard MOQ for every product?

No. MOQ varies by product family, model, customization and packaging. Include the target quantity so the quotation can state the applicable requirement.

9. What is the production lead time?

Production timing depends on the selected product, sample status, customization and order requirements. The quotation provides the schedule for the project.

10. Can packaging be customized?

Yes, packaging requirements can be discussed with the product specification. Include the preferred format, artwork and labeling requirements in the RFQ.

11. Which quality documents or certifications are available?

Tell us which documents or certifications your market requires. We will check availability for the selected product before they are included in the quotation or order documents.

12. How are after-sales terms handled?

Responsibilities and handling terms are agreed for the individual order and included in the quotation or order documents.
